Solution What the issue may be is that autoinsert is not turned on for your machine. You can download an autoinsert checker from:

http://ripfactory.helpserve.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=13

When running the app, click the check status button, if it is off, turn it on and reboot the machine. If it says it is on, turn off, then back on and reboot.

Upon restart the discs should start being recognised by Ripstation
